KYN28A-12 indoor metal armored removable switchgear is a complete set of power distribution equipment for 3.6~12KV three-phase AC 50HZ single bus and segment system. Suitable for three-phase AC rated voltage up to 12KV, rated operating frequency 50HZ power system, used to receive and distribute electric energy and control, protect and monitor the circuit.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)

A、外殼采用進(jìn)口敷鋁鋅鋼板，經(jīng)CNC機(jī)床加工，并采取多重折邊工藝。柜體采用組裝式結(jié)構(gòu)，用拉鉚螺母和高強(qiáng)度螺栓聯(lián)接而成。這樣使加工生產(chǎn)周期短、零部件通用性強(qiáng)、占地面積少，便于組織生產(chǎn)。

B、產(chǎn)品由主母線室、斷路器室、電纜室、繼電器室等組成，水平母線采用TMY系列鍍錫銅排，采用高強(qiáng)度母線支柱絕緣子及母線套管固定在柜體后上部。垂直母線采用高強(qiáng)度母線，支柱絕緣子固定母排。

C、手車(chē)骨架也采用敷鉛鋅鋼板，經(jīng)CNC機(jī)床加工后組裝而成，手車(chē)與柜體絕緣配合，機(jī)械連鎖安全、可靠、靈活。根據(jù)用途不同手車(chē)分?jǐn)嗦菲魇周?chē)、電壓互感器手車(chē)、計(jì)量手車(chē)、隔離手車(chē)。

Structural characteristics

A. The shell is made of imported aluminum zinc steel plate, processed by CNC machine tool, and adopts multiple hemming process. The cabinet body is of assembled structure and connected with riveted nuts and high-strength bolts. In this way, the processing and production cycle is short, the parts are versatile, the floor area is small, and the production is easy to organize.

B. The product is composed of main busbar room, circuit breaker room, cable room, relay room, etc. The horizontal busbar adopts TMY series tinned copper bar, and adopts high-strength busbar pillar insulators and busbar bushing to fix the upper part of the back of the cabinet. The vertical busbar adopts high strength busbar, and the pillar insulator fixes the busbar.

C. The frame of the handcart is also made of lead-zinc steel plate, which is assembled by CNC machine tool processing. The handcart is insulated with the cabinet body, and the mechanical chain is safe, reliable and flexible. According to the use of different handcars, circuit breaker handcars, voltage transformer handcars, measuring handcars, isolation handcars.
