用途及性能

MNS組合式低壓開關(guān)柜廣泛用于工礦企業(yè)、電廠、石油化工、商業(yè)及住宅大樓中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)等。作為交流50-60HZ,額定電壓交流660V及以下的電力系統(tǒng)的配電和電動機(jī)集中控制之用。

符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：IEC439-1、GB7251、ZBK36001以及BS5486等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

MNS combined low-voltage switchgear is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants, petrochemical, commercial and residential buildings central air conditioning system. As AC 50-60HZ, rated voltage AC 660V and below power system distribution and motor centralized control.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點

1、框架為組合式結(jié)構(gòu)，基本骨架由C型鋼材組裝而成。

2、每一個柜體分隔為三個室，即水平母線室、抽屜小室、電纜室。各隔室之間用鋼板或高強(qiáng)度阻燃塑料功能板相互隔開，上下層抽屜之間有帶通風(fēng)孔的金屬板隔離，用以有效防止開關(guān)元件因故障引起的飛弧或母線與其它線路短路造成的事故。

3、設(shè)計緊湊：以較小的空間容納較多的功能單元。

4、各種大小抽屜的機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖機(jī)構(gòu)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定，有連接、試驗、分離三個明顯位置，安全可靠。

Structural characteristics

The compartments are separated from each other by steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional boards, and metal plates with ventilation holes are isolated between the upper and lower drawers to effectively prevent the flying arc caused by the failure of the switching element or the accident caused by the short circuit between the bus and other lines.
